At our hotel, pets are welcome; however, we have some policies and restrictions in place. We invite you to read and learn more about them:

There is a fee of $40USD per night for pet accommodation.

Maximum one pet per room.

Please inquire about the availability of special pet-friendly rooms.

The maximum weight we accept is 10kg.

Only dogs and cats are allowed.

All pets must have their vaccination records, which will be filed along with their registration card. Your cooperation helps us maintain better control, benefiting everyone.

Pets must have a collar and leash, and it is the owner’s responsibility to keep them under control at all times.

Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the room or on hotel premises at any time.

They must be free of fleas, ticks, up-to-date on vaccinations, and parasite-free.

In any public area of the hotel, pets must always be on a leash out of respect for other guests.

Pets are not allowed in the pool area, restaurant, bar, or lounge.

Any damage caused by the pet must be covered by the owner.

It is the owner’s responsibility to clean up after their pet.

Pets are not allowed on hotel furniture, including the bed in their room.

A $2,000 open voucher or cash deposit must be left as a guarantee for the payment of any damages.

Access is limited to assigned rooms, parking, and designated areas indicated at the time of check-in.

In the event that the pet injures or attacks another guest or hotel employee, the pet owner agrees to pay all medical costs required by the affected person, even if requested by the affected person. The owner must indemnify the affected guest.
